It's pretty exciting releasing Book One, but it feels different for each of us.
There are three of us who are bringing this story to life. One of us, R., is old and grizzled, so Book One is exciting but also daunting, since Book Two is still being completed.
For I., it's the first book in what may be an interesting writing career, both with the Jess Team as well as on her own.
For C., the enchanted world is about more than just a magical weasel, so he'd prefer that we just start talking over the other mystical creatures and whether or not they can also fly.
I think for me, R., I love working with two people who are so new to writing, because it's almost like I'm starting over all over again. I guess I am, since this is the first Jess Caleb book, and also the first time I've worked on a series with other people.
I just hope readers enjoy the story, and that we as a writing team can agree on the rest of Claudia's story.
